Located in a large open space on the ground floor on Ms Vy’s Hoi An Eatery building, Vy’s Market is designed to recreate the atmosphere of old Hoi An, and the local market Ms Vy remembers when working at her parents restaurant as a child. With a central courtyard surrounded by individual food stalls, guests can see how dishes are prepared and cooked in the traditional way. From grilling rice crackers and roasting peanuts to making fresh ‘bun’ and ‘cao lau’ noodles, the restaurant offers guests a unique culinary experience. A tour of the individual stalls also forms part of her world-renowned cooking classes.
